Bandwidth10’s B1310x is a series of Distributed Feedback (DFB) laser diode chips which are designed for direct modulation up to 25Gbit/s. Currently, four CWDM wavelengths of 1271/1291/1311/1331nm are available.

The performance-based operating temperature range is from -5°C to 75°C for the purpose of uncooled operation of the optical transceiver.

The DFBs are available as bare dies.
