Bandwidth 10 was founded in February 2011 by a team out of the University of California, Berkeley and industry veterans and has been shipping products since 2014.
The company has a family of tunable DWDM SFP+ transceivers running at speeds from 1 Gbps (Gigabit per second) to 10 Gbps. The transceivers are designed for low cost Dense Wavelength Division Multiplexing (DWDM) systems for wireless, access, and fiber-to-the-home/office/etc. applications. The company also has a widely tunable swept source product for optical coherency tomography (OCT) and other sensor applications, now available at 1060 nm.
